Return Exchange Policy:

Every time you buy with us, we work to give you a perfect experience. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we have made the exchange process incredibly simple for you.

Domestic Orders: Within 20 days of the delivery date, any items ordered from www.ricimelion.com may be exchanged, no questions asked!

Please fill out the Complaint/Inquiry form and let us know that you want to swap the item within three days after delivery.

For customers who choose the online exchange process, we provide Complimentary pickup. The duration of an online exchange is typically 7 to 10 business days.

A Product (s) is viable for an exchange as long as the Merchandise has all of its original tags and price labels still attached, is undamaged, and is in a saleable condition.

You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another color, or a different size, of the same article.

Your online order confirmation email or receipt serves as your proof of purchase. Both are appropriate.

We won't be able to complete your exchange request, though, if

 

  • The exchange request is submitted after the deadline has passed (within 20 days of delivery).
  • Merchandise has been altered with or is damaged as a result of use.
  • Price tags, labels, the original packaging, and the order invoice are all absent from the shipment.
  • Unless specifically stated on the website, any extra fabric or embellishment used during photos will not be included with the product. Such exchange allegations won't be taken into consideration.
  • Products with fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Rici Melion disclaims liability for goods obtained from illegitimate merchants or individuals. only purchase genuine items from our authorized stores.

Pricing During Maintenance or Development:

If an order is placed on the website during periods of development or maintenance, the customer will be charged the product price as it is listed after maintenance is completed. This means that any updated pricing set after the maintenance period will apply to orders placed during these times.

International Orders:

We make every effort to provide you with as much information as we have to make sure you feel entirely at ease while placing your order.

For orders placed internationally, we do not currently offer an exchange or return policy. However, if an inaccurate or damaged item was delivered to you, please fill out the Complaint/Inquiry form or give us a call at 031-115-551-06 to make a complaint.
