Refund Policy:

Rici Melion does not offer a “cash refund”.

However, under some circumstances, a refund is permitted. Only when the consumer cancels an order using a credit card or debit card prior to Rici Melion beginning the shipping process is a refund permitted.

 OR

 In the event that the only item available is deemed to be defective during quality control, the order is canceled.

It could take up to 21 days for a refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation:

Prior to the order being processed, the customer may cancel the order at any moment.

 

Rici Melion reserves the right to cancel orders for a variety of reasons, including product availability issues, pricing mistakes, quality control issues, and credit/debit card payment issues.
